What services does CarriereHR offer?
CarriereHR offers a range of people optimization services from a low impact accessible Direct Line to full service HR consulting. You might need a full turnaround of all people functions or you may have one function in mind that needs rapid improvement. All services include a compliance review and training for the involved managers to ensure they can carry efforts forward with confidence.
Do you only work with acquisitions?
We find that acquired businesses are highly motivated towards results, open to change, and willing to partner in the work to make it happen. If that also describes your business, it may still be a good fit.
What do you actually do?
Any business, like any human being, has an in depth history that has led the organization to where it is today. Some of this history has served the organization, some has not. We’ll evaluate the major fundamentals that make an organization successful and move forward on the top priorities. Along the way, other challenges inevitably will be uncovered. We’ll work with you with a constant sense of prioritization/reprioritization. If your org has potential, there’s not a chance it’s staying stagnant.
Can you do a handbook?
A handbook is just a small piece of your puzzle. A playbook, if you will, that still requires talent and knowing how to perform on the field. So yes, a handbook review or development will be included in the work. If you’re looking to get a handbook just to check it off the list, we can refer you to a competent professional.
What does it cost?
Direct Line Slack Access is 6k for a 6 month series. Hotline Access is based on your employee count. Additional consulting is project based. Size of company and expanse of the project are key factors. One call will be all we need to determine if the work is valuable to you.
